Ryan O'Neal made a pass at his daughter at Farrah's funeral. Okay, I get how he might not recognize his daughter. I wouldn't recognize my mom or dad either if I saw them on the street. I think what bothers me more is the fact that he had just buried, if not the love of his life, someone who was important in his life. I'm not sure if I'm more troubled by this (in my opinion) lack of respect, or by the desperate loneliness in his life that he would feel the need to find comfort in the arms of a stranger while still at the cemetery.
Roseanne Barr put on a Hitler moustache and posed with a sheet of burned cookies for a photo shoot that was apparently published in a Jewish magazine. I don't understand the point that she was trying to make with the pictures. If someone could explain this me, I'd appreciate it.
I just read about a "cattery" where they take cats from animal shelters, give them a home for a year and have the cats donate blood. Then after a year, the cats are put up for adoption. Even if they aren't adopted, they will be allowed to stay at the cattery. So instead of being euthanized, they are able to help save other cats who need surgery or whatever. While I don't like to see animals in cages, I suppose it is better than being put down. And I know that if Pip needed surgery, I would be very happy that there would be enough blood for her!
