Now that it's cooler, my Pip is out hunting again. Oh joy! I've found two mousies since the weather has become livable again. This morning as I woke up, she was chasing....something....thru the apartment. I'm hoping it was one of the several invisible beasties we seem to have living in our apartment, as opposed to some plaything that Pip brought in from outside. She's three now, but she still has a lot of kitten in her still, which makes my heart very happy!
I ran across some odd food pairings the last couple of days. Have any of you out there ever eaten chocolate covered bacon? Much as I love chocolate, this is something I haven't tried. I'll have to put it on my list next to garlic ice cream. (Yes, I really do want to at least try it once!)
The other food pairing that I had never heard of was a bacon, peanut butter and apple sandwich. I like all of the ingredients, I'm just not sure I would like them together. That one has NOT made my list of things want to try.
I am supposed to start jury duty on Monday. I hope I get an interesting case to listen too!
