I survived

Last night was the first time that Baby Bug spent the night alone in my apartment. I think she did better than I did! I think I've been forgiven since she has already taken a nap on my lap, jumped up to get snuggles, and had me chuckling out out while playing with her. In other words, everything is life as usual! I'm very happy that being alone didn't seem to stress her out. It will make house sitting so much easier for me!! And in the category of I'm very happy that I live in America, an 11 year Pakistani girl with Downs syndrome could be facing the death penalty because someone reported to police that she was allegedly burning pages containing Islamic text. She has been arrested and charged with blasphemy. If found guilty, she could face the death penalty. There are reports that she "was burning used papers collected from the garbage for cooking."
