Thanksgiving

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I had Thursday off, then had to work on Friday. Due to computer issues, I actually had to go into the office and work. A friend picked me up after work and we had an evening of great food, good friends, games, and lots of laughter. I spent the night at my friend' house, then they gave me a leftovers and a ride home today. I don't think Baby Bug was amused that I had the nerve to work from the office, and then not come home last night! All day today, she has either been snuggled in on my lap, or sitting nearby, looking sadly and longingly at her string, and then at me, since her string wasn't moving. I have discovered that she can make herself look just pitiful and pathetic if she feels that she needs attention and I try to ignore her! I've tried to make up with her by sharing some turkey with her. She hasn't turned down the turkey, but has also let me know that I'm not entirely forgiven yet either. She is definitely one of the many things I'm thankkful for this year!
